CloseBy Card app for iPhone and iPad

CloseBy Card is a Bluetooth Low Energy tracker that can be attached to key assets within your organization. This is the companion application that can be used to securely and wirelessly extract data including battery level and tracker events from the card once it has been activated for download.

To activate a card for data download, press and hold the button on the card for at least 5 seconds until the LED flashes red, then release the button. Whilst the card continues to flash its red LED, open this application, scan the QR code on the back of your card, then press connect in the app to begin downloading. Your data will be securely and wirelessly downloaded from the card and then uploaded to the CloseBy cloud. Your card data will be available in your organizations web portal when the process completes and you may then choose to exit the application or to scan another card.
